I am not sure if the seller knew this was fake or not, had to return the jellycat which was very disappointing because it was fake. Luckily i did pay via paypal, so my payment was refunded. It did take a while though.
Is great product but does seem to have some trouble with getting it to stay on my pram
I received 2 fake jellycats from this company, who are now refusing to refund me. Do not buy jellycats from here.
